House Reef Diving in Lembeh Rocks!

Simon has been out testing his new video camera on the housereef and has been fortunate to encounter many great sights in the last couple of days.

So far he's seen a large adult Eagle Ray, a medium size Green Turtle, countless Barramundi Cod of all sizes, nudibranchs, frogfish, huge schools of cardinalfish,  many species of pipefish, 5 species of anemonefish, and some very nice corals.

It's so good we should start charging people to go there, but we won't :)

Update:  We now have Signal Gobies (Crab Eye Gobies), Yellow Jawfish and a family of Lembeh SeaDragons (Ponytail Pipehorse to the rest of us)

PADI Open Water Students in the Lembeh Straits

Our Superstar Indonesian Instructor, Nan, has started the new year by helping us move towards the future...

The Course is being taught in a mix of Indonesian and English, and will be followed up by English language courses to boost the staff's abilities to communicate with the guests.  Hopefully within 6 months or so  some of these staff will be ready to look after our guests in the water.
